Our bodies work best when they’re given the right food.

We really are what we eat, and if there’s one organ that depends on nutritious sources of food, it’s our heart.

Whilst there are no ‘magic’ foods that eradicate our risk of developing heart disease, too much of the bad stuff – such as salt – are key determinants for life-long heart complications.

But all of this doesn’t mean we’re not able to look after our heart with the best food. In fact, poor diet is certainly a factor in coronary heart disease.
