One of our final events in December was a Christmas party in Worcestershire. The event attended by 180 guests was held at their premises. The food was cooked fresh on site and served by our uniformed staff. The starter was a trio of smoked salmon featuring beetroot, pesto and lemon pepper cured salmon. This was served with pink peppercorn dressing and a citrus emulsion with micro leaves. The main course was some beautiful dry aged Sirloin of Beef with a wild mushroom sauce. The meal was completed with white chocolate and strawberry cheesecake and coulis and followed by coffees.
