Last night we were caterers at a Staffordshire Awards dinner. The event was for 350 guests and they were served a hot three course meal which included a slow cooked Lamb main course and a salted caramel cheesecake dessert. The food was served by our staff and cooked fresh on site with Plyvine supplying all the crockery and equipment.

As you can see the venue looked lovely and it was great also to receive positive comments from the organiser the very next morning!
