Last Saturday Plyvine were caterers at a Wolverhampton school where a ball was held in the grounds of the school. Attending by over 250 guests the black tie event featured a four course hot served dinner. Starters included a Ham Hock & Pea Terrine and a Prawn and Mango Salad. Main courses featured Sirloin of Beef with a Whisky and Wild Mushroom sauce and Chicken filled with local Asparagus & Brie. Desserts consisted of Chocolate Brownie and Tart Citron and Cheese & Biscuits.
The menu was served by our uniformed staff and was produced on one of our mobile kitchens in conjunction with one of our refrigerated vehicles. We supplied all crockery, cutlery, linen and staff and also hired our fridge trailer to the school for their bar.
