What an amazing wedding on Saturday! From a working haybarn to stunning wedding setting, the bride and groom and family pulled out all the stops!
We provided a full package, including welcome drinks on arrival with Canapés. The mini Yorkshire puddings filled with beef and horseradish, proving a real hit!
The wedding breakfast was our sharing menu with a joint of lamb on each table for a guest to carve. It proved that ‘Masterchef the lamb carving edition’ was great fun with the lamb going down a storm. There was a degree of added pressure with our client supplying their own beautiful lamb.
Following the main course, there was a surprise with singing waiter Stefan, who had been hidden amongst us belting out a few favourites over dessert. We also provided wines and toast drink as well as a cash bar.
To finish our service, we provided an evening buffet and cut the cake. It was lovely to be of service to such great appreciative clients, and to receive such a lovely email was icing on the cake!
