Wow! What an amazing wedding we catered for last Saturday for Katie and Jack.
We provided hot canapés and drinks on arrival, as well as a fully installed and staffed bar.
We then served a three-course menu with most guests having beautiful lamb supplied by the bridal family. Fortunately, the boss was on duty to cope with the extra pressure of cooking the lamb, and it got the thumbs up!
Following the meal, in the evening, we provided free-range pork rolls with crackling and all the trimmings, and chunky chips.
A great night followed with an amazing band and a great crowd of guests.
