We catered for a fantastic wedding at Ludlow Racecourse held in the Windsor marquee.
We served Prosecco, Pimms, and beers on arrival as well as a selection of canapés.
The wedding menu was our ‘sharing’ package with sharing platters to start. These were enjoyed while speeches took place along with toast drinks.
The main course was a sharing joint of beef for a guest to carve, complete with chef’s hat and apron. There were some great carving skills on show, and the main course was really well enjoyed with little beef left! We then served a trio of desserts and coffee.
In the evening, we provided sausage baps and gastro chips, which helped soak up the drinks!
