Plyvine were caterers to an anniversary ball at a Warwickshire Rugby club recently. There were 560 guests at the black tie marquee event who sat down to a four course lunch. They were served a smoked fish starter followed by each table having a joint of English matured Topside of Beef which one of the guests carved at the table with a supplied carving set, hat and apron. This meant some 58 joints were cooked fresh on site but the overall result was excellent and credit must go to our meat suppliers Philip Dennis whose butchery and fish departments are first class.

They were then served a white and milk chocolate torte and Cheese and biscuits with Coffee to follow. Once the meal finished the band struck up and the event went on through the night. As you can see the client was more than happy with the service provided.
