Last week Plyvine were caterers at a Spring Ball in a marquee near Stourbridge in the West Midlands. The event held in a marquee was attended by over 600 guests. The guests were served a Duck and Orange Salad starter which was followed by a main course of Free range Somerset Pork served with vegetables and potatoes. This was followed by a white chocolate and raspberry ingot with berries and a Cheese course. The meal was completed with the coffees or teas and chocolates.
