Last week our catering services at an event in Burton on Trent in Staffordshire were very well received. The dinner for a Brewing Institute was attended by some 350 or so guests at the town hall in Burton. The guests were served a Smoked Salmon starter with baby leaves and a citrus and pink peppercorn dressing and a Rack of lamb with a garlic and herb crust. With the president being a French Gentleman the main course was followed by the Cheese course and this followed by a Crème Brulee dessert with raspberries and then Coffee and mints. As you can see from the email we have just reserved the food went down rather well! To complete the service we also provided a full cash bar and wine facility.
