Our final event of the year was a New Year party just outside Birmingham, which bought down the curtain on a busy 2015 of catering at all sorts of events and weddings. The dinner was held in a function suite at a club and was for just under a 100 guests.

The guests had pre ordered their choices and for starter had a Pulled Pork and Confit Duck Terrine or a Homemade Leek and Potato Soup. This was followed by a choice of Beef or slow roasted Lamb for main course and served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes. For dessert there was a choice of a new year favourite Cranachan or a lemon tart and then freshly brewed Coffee.
