Late Summer Ball Catering in Worcestershire – Marquee Event for 650 Guests

We were delighted to cater for a fantastic late summer ball in Worcestershire, delivering a large-scale marquee dining experience for over 650 guests.

This impressive event was hosted in a beautifully styled marquee, providing the perfect setting for a formal evening of dining, entertainment, and celebration. Our experienced team provided a full three-course served meal followed by freshly brewed coffee, ensuring every guest enjoyed a seamless dining experience from start to finish.

For this event, we operated two of our professional mobile kitchens on site, allowing all dishes to be prepared fresh within the marquee environment. In addition, we utilised two refrigerated vehicles to maintain ingredient quality and ensure smooth service throughout the evening.

The highlight of the evening was our slow braised blade of beef, which once again proved to be a firm favourite among guests. Cooked low and slow for maximum flavour and tenderness, it’s a dish that consistently works well for large-scale dinners and formal events.
