Just prior to Christmas we were caterers at a corporate Christmas lunch in Worcestershire. The company had awards and a lunch for 180 of their team. As you can see the Plyvine mobile kitchen was parked in the warehouse behind the scenes so all the food could be cooked fresh on site.
The menu consisted of a starter of a parmesan basket filled with prawns followed by a herb crusted rack of lamb main course. There were also some special diets including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free to cater for. The main course was followed by a white chocolate and strawberry cheesecake and coffee and mints.
The client provided the furniture and Plyvine supplied all the crockery, cutlery, linen, staff and of course the food!
