We were caterers at Staffordshire business lunch for 650 guests recently. The corporate event menu was a cold starter with artisan breads followed by a lovely Exmoor Sirloin of Beef and a glazed Apple tarte. The meal was completed with a Cheese course and fresh brewed coffee which was served while the after lunch speakers began.
