Plyvine were caterers last weekend at a Staffordshire Burns dinner. The event was held at a school and was attended by around 300 guests. The menu had a traditional Burns theme starting with a soup starter and followed by a Haggis second course served with neeps and tatties. The main course there was a choice of Roast Beef or Chicken with pan fried leeks & Chardonnay sauce as well as some special diet dishes. The dessert was a salted caramel cheesecake with butterscotch sauce and cream and followed by fresh brewed Coffee and mints.
