Plyvine are caterers for many Worcestershire events but few have the history of one we catered for last night. Held in The Guildhall Worcester the annual dinner was held in the Queen Anne Assembly room and the society have their own crockery. The guests were served a homemade Salmon and Crayfish Mousse which was followed by their traditional Pork Souse. For the main course some excellent extra mature Sirloin with Peppercorn sauce which was followed by an autumn classic a Apple & Blackberry pie with custard. The dinner was finished with Cheeses and Port and of course Coffee and mints.
