Plyvine were caterers for a Warwickshire wedding at Hatton village hall. The couple were blessed with about as good a day’s weather you could hope for in February. The couple had chosen a hot served menu for their guests which followed reception drinks on arrival. They opted for a Red Onion and Goat’s cheese tart for starter which was served with a red onion marmalade and balsamic dressing. For main course they chose a traditional English Beef roast with Yorkshire pudding and pan gravy. For the dessert course they chose a triple layered chocolate and caramel fudge cake with fresh cream and chocolate sauce.
