More good feedback for caterers Plyvine about another Staffordshire successful event. Last week we catered for a Burns Dinner at a Staffordshire school. The 340 guests were treated to a Soup course followed by the traditional Haggis, Neeps and Tatties and then Roast Beef with all the trimmings. The meal was topped off by a Strawberry & White Chocolate Cheesecake and Coffee & Mints. As is tradition the Haggis was piped in the room with chef Vaughan Graham doing the honours….although we are yet to see him in a kilt!
