Plyvine were delighted to be ask to cater for the Staffordshire NFU centenary ball at Stafford showground.

The celebratory event had 300 invited guests to a sit down meal with a served hot menu. The starter was a Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Soup with freshly baked bread and followed by a Joint of Glazed Gammon on each table for the guests to carve.

This came complete with chef’s hat, apron, knife and fork and was accompanied with Dauphinoise potatoes and vegetables and a choice of white wine and tarragon sauce or gravy.

This was followed by a trio of desserts including mini chocolate and caramel brownie, mini eton mess and clotted cream ice cream.
