The charity and dealership did a tremendous job of turning the centre into a fabulous venue for the evening. Plyvine were tasked with supplying a full cash bar facility as well as a Champagne reception and the wines for the evening. In addition, our catering service included a three-course menu followed by coffee for the 350 guests. Using our mobile kitchens and a temporary kitchen in the dealership, we were able to execute the chosen menu which featured some lovely aged mature Beef Sirloin for the main course. The charity put on a fantastic evening featuring many acts and local celebrities and VIP’s, including East 17 and Carol Decker of T’pau fame. To be part of such an event for such an amazing charity was an honour that we'll remember for a long time to come.
