This week amongst other events we are caterers for a Burns Dinner in Staffordshire. The event held at a school is for around 300 guests and gets underway with a Soup starter. Following this the Haggis is piped in with a traditional piper and includes the customary stabbing of the haggis with the dagger. The haggis course is then served with the usual Neeps n Tatties and gravy. For main course there is traditional Roast Beef with seasonal vegetable and potatoes as well as vegetarian and special diets. Usually this is followed by Cranachan but this year our client fancied a change so is having a salted caramel cheesecake and then Coffees and chocolates.
All the food is cooked fresh on site with our mobile kitchen and served by our chef’s and team of uniformed staff. All the crockery, cutlery and linen is also supplied. If you are planning a Burns dinner for next year why not get in touch and see what we can offer
